That is great. It made me laugh. Is it really sturdy enough to shake? Is it hollow with something inside to rattle? Love the mischievous looking raccoon.

Yes, you can shake it lightly, like anything it has its limits, the rattle is hollow and inside are tiny little white glass bones that are shaped like dog biscuits, you would never know that the bones were inside unless it broke. This is one of my favorite pieces out of the series of rattles Nancy made; I don't know if she still makes them, I just liked the idea of raccoon holding up a party mask, it always puts a smile on my face when I see it.
