PREEMTPAVOORS
Location: Interior Uranus
So paranoid and warlike were these aliens, they would attack planets they believed were thinking about attacking them. Their strongest evidence for invasion was their perceived foe’s possession of arms, which the Preemptavoors had sold them. In fact the other planets made the Preemptavoors rich and powerful by acquiring arms from them in anticipation of the inevitable invasion.
Fate: In a bizarre twist, they were wiped out when their specialized deadly robotic claw arms suffered a software error and turned on them.
