I felt it, felt the serenity she exudes, just as soon as I put the Kuan Yin torso and head atop the Earth and Heaven giant beads. It just felt right, even though I didn't make them to go together. I felt it again, when I took her to the lake to try taking pics. As I balanced on a rock at the end of the boat ramp, set her on a flatter rock in the water, felt the sun on my back and the breeze in my hair, with my kids waiting behind me on the ramp, a little wave washed up onto my sandaled toes. . . and at that moment, I felt the serenity.
She's made of four beads, they are all Moretti (Nile green and tuquoise). The display is a slate tile with a piece of brass wire epoxied into a center hole. The whole sculpture is about 8 3/4" high.
